This residential design took a modern approach to a four-bedroom house.  The sunken living room, the patios, and the thermowood pergolas are the project's fundamental design elements.

The outdoor space plays a huge role in the residence's layout. The house is both divided and connected by a glass bridge that creates breathing spaces in the house. 

The outdoor dining and sitting areas that interconnect with the indoor areas create double the spaces for the house owners to enjoy on a warm summer day.
