A modern residence located in the mountains of Kyperounda village in Limassol. The scope of the house is a compact, minimalistic, and cozy holiday villa of two-bedroom suites. Having an amazing view of the Troodos mountains this holiday home is developed around a large property, with the design intent of creating two more housing units. The design process aimed to create simple clearly defined spaces and materials to harmonize with the surrounding countryside in an elevated form. All rooms, including the private areas, have views of the mountains and ensure the arrangements of the spaces are practical, simple, and logical.
