The four bedroom residence consists of two volumes connected in the middle. A long sun decked structure runs along the length of the house. The floor plan of the residence separates into two wings, one public and one private. The public wing holds the living and kitchen areas while the private wing accommodates the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. The intension behind the design supports an integrated relationship between indoor and outdoor living. The home nestles into the hill on a 6021 m2 plot. The orientation of the building is in order to capture prevailing winds and southern light.
