The two villas were designed to nestle against the hill. Modern and open plan layouts are an ode to light. The residences were designed for the modern lifestyle. The infinity pool and pool patios are on the lower level, while the parking space and auxiliary rooms are on the basement floor. The dining and living area opens up to a large patio and external dining and living area. A clean and timeless design for the two villas, the floor-to-ceiling glass doors open up the space onto the sunny terraces. The sailing style shading fabric provides the necessary shade for the west-facing outdoor area and pool. A combination of glass and metal railing unifies the inside and the outside. Two bedrooms with a shared bedroom and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom are on the first floor. Wooden sliding panels create a unique and ever-changing facade according to the sun's orientation.
