The need for expansion created this design of a two-bedroom residence above an existing structure. Utilizing the existing structure of the house below, the unit was divided into two sections. The lower area accommodates the public spaces, living, dining, and kitchen, while in the upper area are the two bedrooms.  The areas are then connected with an open outdoor patio space. Due to the low budget of the project, we opted for a metal structure and a combination of drywalls with paneling.
