The three-bedroom residence in Limassol with an amazing view of the city was strategically positioned on the plot in order to maximize the south orientation of the residence. Natural light, passive heating and cooling were implemented in the design process of the house.

 An open plan dining and sitting area with floor to ceiling doors open to the south veranda. The first floor follows the same principles for the three bedrooms. The auxiliary uses, kitchen, WC, stairs, laundry, and wardrobe were positioned to the north side of the house. Finally, in the lower area are the gym and sauna room with a beautiful garden and pool. 

On the south front elevation, horizontal and vertical shading louvers were used to control the summer sun, while also allowing the winter sun to warm the space.
